Before contacting us for support, please search the following resources for a solution to your problem:

 

Contact Support

We provide only email and web based support. We don't support customers by phone or instant messengers.

Registration

Before contacting us for any support issue, register at our Support System:
E-mails sent to support@psoft.net from addresses other than registered in your support account are filtered off and won't be addressed. The registration is free and doesn't take long:

  1. Go to the Support Center at https://support.comodo.com/?group=psoft and choose Register option.
  2. Fill in the form you will be taken to. In the Email field enter the e-mail address you'll use to send support requests.
  3. Verify registration by entering the text you see in the image at the right into the textbox.
  4. Click Register to confirm registration, and your account will be activated.

Support By Mail

Support Through Helpdesk

Send us a support request by logging into the Support Center and choosing the Submit a Ticket option.
