• Increased default memory_limit settings (from 8 to 16 megabytes)
• Added allow_url_include ini directive to complement allow_url_fopen
• New INI settings:
  • allow_url_include PHP_INI_SYSTEM, default: false
  • pcre.backtrack_limit PHP_INI_ALL, default: 100000
  • pcre.recursion_limit PHP_INI_ALL, default: 100000
  • session.cookie_httponly PHP_INI_ALL, default: false
• Added php_ini_set.php that provides storing/synchronization of the important php settings in the default and custom php.ini templates executed in the post-install section.
